Power Point Presentations 2010 -11
Exceptional Value
A school/college which takes an annual Enhanced Institutional Subscription to Modernityscotland receives all the powerpoints we have for the Study Themes it teaches..
An Enhanced Institutional Subscription costs just £60 more than the Standard Institutional Subscription, meaning even greater value.
All the power points will be brought up to date and delivered in August 2010.
Contemporary and Reliable
The world has moved on a great deal since the 2009 power points were prepared!
We have a new coalition government in the UK.
The economic recession has major implications for the devolved settlement and relations between Holyrood, Westminster and local authorities.
Just like the Modernityscotland site itself, our power points will have you ready with the resources to keep your students bang up to date with the world they live in.
You don’t have to use all of them (!) but isn’t it good to know, when your pressured from all sides, that you have a library of lessons to depend upon?
We have an extensive range of power point presentations across a range of Higher Modern Studies topics.
Each presentation contains between 10-25 slides and teacher notes.
The vast majority contain embedded YouTube video clips to other relevant sources of information.
We appreciate that some schools block YouTube for teachers and how frustrating this can be.
But, many others don't and its a shame not to produce great power points because some local authorities don't trust their teachers to use the internet appropriately.
To access teacher notes
- Open the presentation
- Go to View
- Go to Notes Pages
NB. These notes are only here to explain the rationale behind the slides.
They are not intended to supplant expert teacher knowledge!
All our presentations are sparkingly new, up to date and fit for purpose!
Those without an Enhanced subscription can purchase presentations from our online store at a cost of £6 each.
Don't hang about, get those power points into your library!
